Questions
What do I need to get a budget?
Just your plans as a PDF. Build 360 reads the sheets, extracts square footage and quantities, and asks you for anything it can't determine (like finish level).
Is this an estimate or a bid?
It's a detailed, itemized budget to plan and sanity-check costs — not a fixed bid. It's built to be accurate to your region and finish level so you can budget with confidence.
How is this different from estimating software?
Tools like Togal, Kreo, and Houzz Pro charge $100–$700+ per seat every month and still make you do the takeoff. Build 360 reads your plans and builds the budget for you — and you pay per plan, not per seat.
Do I need a subscription?
No. One flat price — $19 per plan, any size, everything included. If you run plans every week, an Unlimited monthly plan is coming soon.
What if the budget isn't right?
Every plan is backed by a 100% money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your budget, you don't pay — so there's no risk in running your plans.
What types of projects does it handle?
New residential, new commercial, multi-family, and residential or commercial additions — priced to any US ZIP code.
What can Build 360 do?
It reads your PDF plans, pulls quantities and square footage from the sheets, and builds a fully itemized budget by cost code (NAHB for residential, CSI for commercial) — materials and labor, priced to your ZIP. You also get a construction schedule, a Q&A assistant that answers questions about the budget, and one-click PDF and Excel exports. If something can't be read from the plans — finish level, fixture grade, site conditions — it asks you before pricing.
What can't it do?
Build 360 is a planning budget, not a contractor's bid — it doesn't solicit subcontractor quotes or lock in prices. It doesn't handle remodels yet (separating existing conditions from new work is genuinely hard for AI). It needs legible, dimensioned PDFs — hand-sketched or undimensioned concept drawings won't produce a reliable result. It's also calibrated for buildings, not pure site work (roads, utilities, grading-only scopes).
How big is too big — and how small is too small?
No minimum — a 400 SF detached garage, ADU, or small addition works just as well as a 5,000 SF custom home. On the upper end, the sweet spot is single-building projects up to roughly 100,000 SF. Large multi-building campuses, hospitals, or highly specialized industrial facilities are outside what Build 360 is calibrated for today. If it's a single building with standard construction trades, you're in range.
Do you handle remodels?
Not yet. Build 360 covers new construction, multi-family, and additions. Remodel support is on the roadmap.
