This Privacy Policy explains how Base 360 General Contractors LLC(“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Build 360(the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: your name (optional), email address, and a hashed password. Project content you provide:uploaded plans, drawings, documents, and the project details, costs, and answers you enter (“User Content”). Usage & technical data: log data, IP address, device/browser information, and actions taken in the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to: provide and operate the Service (including generating estimates, takeoffs, and schedules); authenticate and secure accounts; develop, train, evaluate, calibrate, and improve the Service and our models and related products; create de-identified and aggregated data; communicate with you; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. AI Processing & Service Providers

To generate output, your User Content (including plan images and project data) is processed by third-party artificial-intelligence providers (currently Anthropic) and by our hosting and infrastructure providers, acting on our behalf. These providers process the content to deliver the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

We retain your account information, User Content, and derived data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide and improve the Service, and we may retain copies (including de-identified or aggregated data) after account closure for our legitimate business purposes and to comply with law. You should keep your own copies of your User Content.

5. Sharing

We share information with service providers (such as AI, hosting, and analytics providers) under appropriate terms; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets; and when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public. We do not share your User Content with other users.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including password hashing, encrypted transport (HTTPS), session-based authentication, and access controls that scope your projects to your account. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You may access and update your account information, and you may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some information may be retained as described above or as required by law.
